Precision-cut 6061-T6 extruded aluminum body. Internal joiner system, plug-together wiring, standard. Housing is powder coated.
Flat endcaps add 1/16" to each end of luminaire.
Fully illuminated 90° corners have double-diffusers to ensure against light leaks. Custom angles are available (90° minimum on inside corners). Contact Factory.
Die-formed 24-gauge cold-rolled steel reflectors are finished in 96 LG high reflectance matte white powder coat paint.
12' maximum diffuser length. Internal secondary diffusers at corners, joints and seams ensure visually seamless, uniform, continuous illumination. Flush frost white snap-in diffuser, 73% transmissive, 99% diffusion.
Lumen packages available for HP-6 R: Standard Output (S), Boosted Standard Output (B), High Output (H), and Very High Output (V). Lumen packages available for HP-6 EO R: High Output (H), Very High Output (V), and Extremely High Output (X). A separate chart summarizes lumen distribution and wattage.
The replaceable light engines are made up of high performance mid-power LEDs and designed to distribute heat properly to maximize the life of the LEDs and the driver.
90% of initial light output (L90) at 100,000+ hours; 70% of initial light output (L70) at 200,000+ hours.
