The Wall Street Journal and Winning Workplaces recently selected Finelite, Inc. as one of the top 35 US firms that have built workplaces that foster teamwork, flexibility, and innovation while providing atmospheres that encourage employee loyalty, and personal and professional growth. Small workplaces were defined as independent companies with under $200 million in revenues and fewer than 500 employees. Nominees were drawn from a broad spectrum of industries and included private, nonprofit and publicly held organizations
