Finelite is pleased to announce Series X2; a new extruded aluminum asymmetric wall wash luminaire developed to improve footcandle levels on vertical surfaces that is ideally suited for educational, office, and retail applications.
Increased whiteboard illumination in classrooms is important for student retention and improved classroom communication. Series X2 delivers outstanding performance and is very affordable for today's tight education budgets. Series X2 is easily integrated into the Finelite Integrated Classroom Lighting System (ICLS) for enhanced classroom control.
Series X2 can be suspended, surface mounted, or even wall mounted. The suspended option includes adjustable mounting points for improved jobsite flexibility.
Series X2 accommodates a single T8 or T5HO lamp and is available in 4' 8', and 12' lengths. The optical system is finished in 96% reflective white paint for optimum efficiency.
As with all Finelite products, Series X2 can be installed On-Grid™, drastically reducing installation time and cost. The standard finish is Signal White and 185 Tiger Drylac RAL powder coat finishes are available for projects where incorporating the fixture with the overall color scheme is a required design element.
Fixtures can be supplied from the factory pre-lamped, and every fixture is shipped in a protective sleeve to keep it clean until project completion. Dimming ballasts, battery back-ups and a variety of other options are available to handle most any design requirement.
